U.S. Airways can suck my balls
I just sent this little gem on the US Airways customer feedback form. Have fun too. They like to hear from The People.

On July 28, your flight #17 from JFK to PHX was so delayed, the connecting flight #38 to LAX had already left, leaving me stuck in Phoenix.
I called your "customer service" line at 2:30am to reschedule a flight for monday the 30th, being too exhausted to haul myself back to the flight line having been automatically assigned the next flight out at 7am.
I was told it would cost me a hundred dollars plus the difference of the two ticket prices.
That is complete horse shit.
I will never fly on your airline ever again.
